Investor · Public & Private Markets · MIT Sloan MBA Candidate
Backing founders, decoding markets, building at the edge of AI and capital.
New York, NY
New York —
Eight years across equity capital markets, public equities, private market secondaries, and early-stage venture — from Credit Suisse to EquityZen to Alumni Ventures. Now at MIT Sloan, building at the intersection of markets and technology.
Career
From equity capital markets to pre-IPO secondaries to early-stage venture — 8+ years investing across the full capital structure.
One of the most active venture firms in the country by deal count — and where I spend most of my time thinking about where technology is heading. I underwrite twenty to thirty investments a year across enterprise software, AI infrastructure, vertical SaaS, and automation, and work directly with founders on the things that actually move the needle.
EquityZen pioneered the secondary market for pre-IPO shares, and I ran the research engine behind it. Led a team of four analysts, sat on the Investment Committee for managed funds, and built the pricing infrastructure that made coverage at scale possible.
Bottom-up fundamental research on public equities — the kind of work that requires sitting with a company's filings until you know the business better than most. Covered 30+ companies and delivered strong returns through some of the most volatile markets in recent memory.
Performed diligence on equity capital market transactions, assessing equity distribution, pricing stability, and investor demand for IPOs and block trades. Built statistical models and executed Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate historical block trade performance, improving predictive accuracy for pricing strategies by 10%.
Academic
Business school at the intersection of technology and capital, built on a foundation in finance and global markets.
MIT Sloan sits at the intersection of technology and business in a way no other program quite does — part of why I chose it. Sharpening the analytical edge, building with people who are building things, and working out what comes next.
Foundation in finance and marketing, with a French minor and two semesters studying abroad — Copenhagen Business School and Monash University in Melbourne. The kind of global perspective on markets and business that's hard to get from a single classroom.
